Just like any other publication, this is time to make a summary about the best things of 2006 and also start the TO DO list for 2007.
For me, in the personal side was a year of LOVE and learning, some of them in obscure situations but with a bright light at the end, Aleluya!!
Regarding the intellectual and professional side I can say that was a year full of wonderful things, but the best things are just starting, as Kurzweil said, the innovation cycles are shorter and in exponential increments such that within 50 years the advances will grow so rapidly that the whole world, and humanity will be utterly transformed beyond our imagining. I will pay to see this.
