Some blogs ago I was commenting about the first Microsoft steps into the Virtual Maps with Virtual Earth, I am very happy and excited to see how in very few time we evolved a lot, and also to fiend very cool gadgets that you can check Here. The kinds of applications that you can develop are very interesting, for sure we are moving very fast to the time that everyone (that have the exact rights) can locate us, Can you imagine all the implications??? Moving to other topic, USA more and more is falling behind Europe and Asia in having PhDs and R&D centers, USA is not the king any more in this areas, just take a look at this numbers: China is the Big spender of R&D, USA is # 7; About number of researchers per 1,000 people, Finland is the #1, and USA fall to 8 place, and the place with more Scientific papers published, Europe is the #1. So it seems that we will see some changes about who's drive the technology in the future.
